Compliance Managers (CM)

Minimum Qualification required : EA, CA, CPA, CMA, CS, MBA

Minimum Experience : 3-4 years of industry experience

A CM will be accountable for the overall growth and profitability of the assigned business unit. CM is a senior management role, and a CM carries the bottom line responsibility for his profit center, i.e. achieving higher revenues, regularizing expenses and ensuring a good and healthy ROI for his unit. As an individual entrepreneur, you will plan, organize and manage your assigned business unit or profit center, you are the leader, mentor, and guide for the other team members in the unit. Monetarily you are responsible for a unit which generates/has a potential to generate yearly minimum revenue of $ 1.5 to 2.0 million.


Tax Filers (TF)

Minimum Qualification required :EA (Part I/II/III), CPA (At least Two Papers Cleared), Qualified or CA (Final), CMA (Final), CS (Final), MBA

Minimum Experience :Ideally, 2-4 years of industry experience

In this challenging role as Tax Filer, you will have the burning zeal to work in stressful job condition and be accountable for the overall smooth flow of the return preparation process of the assigned corporate client(s). You will handle a few teams of Process group, especially processing one or more assigned corporate group returns. You will be responsible to meet the SLA’s committed and exceed the satisfaction level of the assigned corporate. Overall you will accomplish 5000 – 8000 tax returns in tax season with “ZERO” escalation from the corporate group client(s).


Senior Tax Reviewer (STR)

Minimum Qualification required :EA (Part I/II/III), Pursuing CPA, CA (Final), CMA (Final), CS (Final), MBA

Minimum Experience :Ideally, 2-3 years of industry experience

In this challenging role as STR, you will use your skills to work in stressful job conditions, multiple tasks management, customer handling and case resolutions. You will be accountable for the group of assigned process team(s) to Process, review & complete the tax return. You will guide the reviewers on case analysis & return process, consults tax law handbooks or bulletins to determine procedure for preparation of a typical returns, e-file / manual file the completed tax return and overall responsible for the process team to accomplish 2000 – 3000 returns in tax season.


Tax Reviewer (TR)

Minimum Qualification required :CA (Inter)/PE-II, CMA (Inter), CS (Inter), MBA

Minimum Experience :Ideally, 1-2 years of relevant industry experience

In this exigent role as Tax Reviewer, you will use your skills to work in stressful job conditions, multiple tasks management and customer handling. You will review the tax return prepared by the Tax preparers, guide the Tax Preparers, handle customer clarifications, adds additional planning scope, tabulate tax summaries, obtain filing confirmations and complete US tax return for final process to be filed by Sr. Tax Reviewer.


Tax Preparer (TP)

Minimum Qualification required :B.Com (Ist Class), M.Com, CA (Inter)/PE-II, CMA (Inter), CS (Inter), MBA

Minimum Experience :Ideally, 1-2 years of relevant industry experience

In this demanding role as Tax Preparer, you will use your skills to work in stressful job conditions. You will review client’s financial records (such as prior tax return forms, income statements and documentation of expenditures) to determine forms needed to prepare return, input data into the Tax software, interviews client to obtain additional information on taxable income, deductible expenses and allowances and prepares US income tax return forms for individuals and small businesses.


Manager – Learning & Development (MLD)

Minimum Qualification required :CA, CWA, CS, MBA

Minimum Experience :At least 2-3 years of industry experience
